Demolition
Our demolition process follows a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible approach designed to prepare each site for new construction. We begin with salvage and preparation, where we carefully remove reusable materials, separate recyclables, and safely handle any hazardous components while ensuring all utilities are properly disconnected. Once the structure is cleared, we move into the demolition phase, using the appropriate equipment and trained operators to bring down the building in a controlled and precise manner while managing dust, debris, and site safety. After the structure is removed, we complete a thorough site clean-up, hauling away debris, sorting remaining materials, and grading the area to create a clean, hazard-free work surface. With the site fully cleared, we transition directly into foundation preparation, which includes excavation, removal of unsuitable soils, compacting clean fill, and shaping the site to the correct elevations so construction can begin smoothly and without delay.
Foundation Prep
Our foundation preparation process is designed to create a strong, stable base for new construction. Once demolition and clean-up are complete, we begin by excavating the site to the required depths and removing any unsuitable or unstable soils. We then bring in clean structural fill and compact it in layers to ensure proper density and long-term stability. After the ground is properly built up and levelled, we shape the site to the finished design elevations and prepare trenches for utilities, footings, and drainage systems. This careful, step-by-step approach ensures the ground is solid, accurately graded, and fully ready for concrete work (if needed), giving the new structure a reliable foundation from day one. we will then move seamlessly into structure development.
structural development
Our structural development process is designed to meet the unique demands of building in northern climates. After completing the foundation, we begin constructing a durable, engineered building envelope that can withstand extreme cold, shifting ground conditions, and heavy snow loads. We use high-quality materials, insulated framing systems, and northern-rated construction methods to ensure every home or structure performs reliably throughout harsh weather conditions. This includes building strong floor systems, energy-efficient exterior walls, and reinforced roof structures capable of handling long winters and severe temperatures. Throughout the entire construction process, we prioritize precision, weather protection, and long-term durability so each build is strong, efficient, and ready for life in the North.
